Trisha in a Tutu Sweater

This little hippo loves to twirl in her pretty tutu. Who doesn't?

Trisha is a set in sleeve easy knit sweater with a simple intarsia panel. The features, including the fabulous tutu are knitted separately and sewn on at the end.

Sized to fit approx. ages 1-9 years and worked in DK weight yarn. Please see table for more details.

Needles:

Straight 3.25mm, 4mm & 4.5mm

Circulars 3.25mm (useful for working the neck, but could be worked on straight needles)

Also Needed:

Stitch holders

Stitch markers

3 pink buttons approx. 1.5cm diameter

Oddment of Black yarn

Toy stuffing

Tapestry needle

Tension:

Yarn used knits as DK to this tension 22 sts and 30 rows to measure 10 x 10cm (4x4in) over st st using 4mm needles.
