Owl Be Good, Kids Intarsia Owl Christmas Jumper - Knitting Pattern

Party sparkle, winter bling or knit in a non dazzling yarn for a muted effect. This pretty Owl sweater will fly off your needles (enough puns yet?)

The Owl Be Good sweater is a bottom up sweater, with a very simple intarisa panel on the front. A couple of eyes, a beak and some wings are knitted and sew on to add the cute factor.  This knitted jumper would make a perfect Christmas present.

The sample is knit in King Cole, Glitz DK but would work well in any DK weight yarn, it is a perfect stash buster.

Sized to fit approx ages 2-11 years, please size table for more details.

Needles:
Straight 3.25mm & 4mm
Circulars 3.25mm (useful for working the neck, but
could be worked on straight needles)

Also Needed:
Darning needle
Stitch markers
Stitch holder
Sewing needle and thread
2 x 15mm black buttons
Oddment of orange DK yarn (used Dolly Mix)
