Fluffy Flamingos, Simple Kids Jumper with Applique Flamingos - Knitting Pattern

What could be more adorable than a pair of flamingos? Fluffy loved-up flamingos!

This sweater is a straightforward knit, featuring appliqué flamingos that are sewn onto the fabric. No need for intricate intarsia work here. These delightful flamingos are crafted using King Cole Truffle yarn, known for its super-soft texture. However, feel free to use any DK weight yarn you prefer.

The sweater is worked from the bottom up and then seamed together. It’s sized to fit approximately 1-9-year-olds, with chest measurements ranging from 51 to 71 cm (20-31 inches). See table in images section for full yarn requirements and sizing information.

Straight 3.25mm & 4mm
4mm DPN’s
3.5mm crochet hook for Legs only (optional)

3 pink buttons approx. 1.5cm diametre

Yarn used knits as DK to this tension 22 sts and 28 rows to measure 10 x 10cm (4x4in) over st st using 4mm needles
