Rainbow Unicorn Mittens for Children - Knitting Pattern
Rainbow Unicorn Mittens for Children - Knitting Pattern
Every small child (and me) has dreamed of a fairytale land where we can walk amongst the Unicorns. You may have noticed that this most elusive creature features on a number of my designs?
So I thought Unicorn Mittens should also be included in my collection. These child size (approx ages 3-8 years) mittens are simple make, perfect for using up those left of DK scraps or maybe some of that self striping yarn you have been unsure what to use it for...
The colourful fringe is simple but impressive and as the mittens are knit in stocking stitch, it’s a good make for beginners!
Although the pattern is written for a self-striping yarn, this is keep the project cost low. If you have leftover DK yarns, why not work the ribbing in 4 row stripes and use the same yarn for the Fringe.
