Meet Frank by day fuzzy feline family pet, by night crime fighting super hero with an obsession for fried chicken. Inspired by the original artwork by Lucy Chambers.
This drop shoulder sweater with intarsia, cat body, cape and skyline is worked first. Separate pieces are knitted to form smaller details such as Head, Arms and Muzzle which are sewn on at the end. A small amount of simple embroidery is worked to add character.
If you prefer you could add the windows afterwards using duplicate stitch.
Knit in DK weight yarn, this is a perfect stash busting project.

Straight 3.25mm & 4mm
Circulars 3.25mm (useful for working the neck, but could be worked on straight needles)

Oddment of White DK
Tension:
Yarn used knits as DK to this tension 22 sts and 30 rows to measure 10 x 10cm (4x4in) over st st using 4mm needles.
